Esther is a Registered Dietitian with previous experience working in clinical and community nutrition. As a graduate student, she gained a passion for exploring effective upstream nutrition solutions for public health problems, not only at the traditional levels of policy and research, but also through opportunities in the food industry. She enjoys applying her background in clinical nutrition and public health to her work at Impossible Foods, where she helps to set nutrition goals and analyze nutritional contribution of products as part of the work towards a more sustainable and health-promoting food system.
